The club level access was a plus. I found the included breakfast convenient before meetings. The gym had several cardio machines. The location made it easy to access nearby restaurants AND public transport.
I noticed the room service menu was somewhat limited during off-peak hours. The dining options could be expanded.

The hotel design is unique. It features lush greenery all over. i was very happy to find helpful staff and a great concierge. i found it quite walkable to hawkers food and great shopping around the hotel.
The air conditioning was rather noisy, disrupting the otherwise tranquil environment. That was a slight hiccup in an otherwise perfect stay. however, the hotel didn't deliver bottled water in the room.

The hotel's location near the train was perfect. Many restaurants were close by. The bed was big and comfortable. The room size was great. It felt well designed. Everything was super clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
This made it almost impossible to use. The food selection from 6-8 p.m. was modest. I noted no hooks existed in the room for hanging towels or clothing.
